I help women learn to live through their “bad” days by accepting all emotions have value. My goal is to teach women how to make their own personal “right” decisions so they can live a joy filled life, even when it seems impossible.
You wake up ready to take on the world, but it takes 30 extra minutes to wake up the kids, there’s a traffic jam on your way to work and your boss decides to push your deadline up to lunch! It’s not even 10am and you’re stressed to the max and having a hard time focusing on anything.
What’s next? You probably continue that anxious cycle, let your anger show through in a short temper to yourself and your kids. You might work through your break time to get your work done and missing your snack makes you super hangry.
By the end of the day, you fall asleep with tears in your eyes, wracked with guilt over how terribly wrong the day went.
